The Lodge at Pico Bonito, located near the northern coast city of La Ceiba, is offering 50% off room rates for all 2-night stays through November 30, 2009.

Single/double occupancy rates through November 30 are:
* Standard Cabin - $195 $97.50
* Standard Plus Cabin - $240 $120
* Superior Cabin - $275 $137.50
* Extra person (including breakfast) - $40
* Children, 11 and under - Free

Cabin prices include breakfast for two, tours of the butterfly farm and serpentarium, and access to the loop hiking trail. Prices do not include taxes (16%) and gratuities (10%). Cabins subject to maximum occupancy restrictions.

The Honduras Institute of Tourism has launched a new Web video series! The first episode was "The Ruins of Copan" and episode two was "Cayos Cochinos". The videos premiere every Wednesday on a variety of video sharing sites, including the HIT channels on YouTube (www.youtube.com/user/letsgohonduras) and Vimeo (www.vimeo.com/channels/visithonduras).
