Kualoa Ranch has an authentic luau. Many are a combination of Polynesian traditions. Kualoa Ranch is strictly Hawaiian. If you want to read more about Kualoa check out http://global-writes.com/2013/01/oahus-kualoa-ranch-is-a-treasure.html. It is worth spending a day there.
