@ShaluSharma, this is a timely idea and, clearly, you know the territory. It looks like a book I'll have to buy for my always-traveling divorcee sister.

I have published my first ebook and is available on Amazon. The book is called 'India travel survival guide for women'. I hope to get it out in paperback too. Wish me good luck. Its the first of its kind by an Indian woman. The ebook should be available on most Amazon stores.
I sincerely hope the book would be useful to women travelling to India.
Kindly comment and share.

In India, men and women often hold hands but that does not mean that they are involved in any way. Unlike in the west, this would be seen as if they are romantically involved but in India this is not. I know its a culture shock but that's the way it is in India.

My friend Natalia in Agra to see the ‎Taj Mahal. I don't like the fact that foreign tourists to the Taj Mahal have to pay Rs 700 while locals pay Rs 20. She describes her experience.

You will remember that Manuela my Columbian friend was in Delhi and now she arrives in Chandigarh. A very interesting account of her travel experiences. Must read. By the way, can you drink like her?

This story is about Manuela a Columbian girl who goes to India. She talks about why she left for India to live and some of her experiences of India. A must read for those visiting India.
