Nepal

Its capital Kathmandu, this rugged Himalayan land famous as home to Mount Everest and Annapurna is calm these days, and still pretty popular with the trekking and backpacking set. Great for Buddhist and Hindu temples, too.

You don't have to be my age to love stories like this: http://www.philly.com/philly/travel/86258262.html. But what is the big deal about trekkers being in their 50s? Why not their 60s, or 70s? We have a ski writer in this area, Ted Heck, who's in his late 80s.

Dear Friends,
Greetings to all!!!

Recently, we've participated in travel & trade fair FITUR in Madrid. Every things went well but it's not that busy like previous year. I think due to recession. I hope this crisis will be over very soon so that all business will be boom again.

So far, we are doing great & business is also very good. Every year, no. of customers are increasing for our company & we hope recent two travel fairs will brings us more guests.

Take care & Namaste!

National airline will operate daily flights to Kathmandu

December 17, 2009 in Travel Related

(Forimmediaterelease.net) Flights to Kathmandu will increase beginning January 2010 when a national airline commences new flights.

Flights to Kathmandu, which the airline launched in December 2008, have proved extremely popular with travelers, providing high volumes of traffic into Abu Dhabi and the Middle East, as well as transit traffic to destinations including London and Frankfurt in western Europe, and New York and Chicago in North America.

The success of the route is evident in average load factors of between 80 and 90 percent on both inbound and outbound flights. This is attributable to growth in corporate travel and also a positive trend in inbound tourism to Nepal, and the additional flights were introduced to satisfy these customers’ demands for daily frequencies, specifically.
