The sign says "do not feed the animals." You want to do the right thing. But then you notice this little guy on the beach at Iberostar's Paraiso Maya resort (Yucatan, Mexico). The coatimundi (a cousin of the raccoon, but even cuter) sees you approaching on the boardwalk and stands up on his hind legs and reaches out as if to hug you, all the while looking up at you with pleading eyes and a doggie-like snout caked with sand.

Be honest: would you slip him a snack?
