Navy Day will be celebrated in Setúbal at Portugal Dream Coast

The City of Setúbal will have another amazing event from 14th to 22nd May. The city will celebrate the arrival of the Vasco da Gama Armada to Celecute. Lots of activities during this 8 days in the city, we will describe some of the activities organized by Setúbal Municipality.

 

Casa da Baía will have an exposition of Portuguese Navy activities, where it will be possible to know more about operational, cultural and scientific areas of the institution.

Scuba Dive in Setúbal Region at Portugal Dream Coast

Scuba Dive on Portugal Dream Coast is amazing. Lots of places to dive and practise the favourite sport. You will be involved with the Atlantic Ocean with water temperatures between 13 and 24º Celsius degrees ( 55 to 75 Fahrenaight).

Museum of Setúbal, one of several activities in the region

Since 5th February that the Museum of Setúbal is opened on and initiative of Setúbal Municipal Council, Civil Governor and Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Setúbal. The building was till 1959 a Hospital and it was the Convent of Jesus (Convento de Jesus in portuguese).

 

Nowdays the Museum contains collections related to art, history, archaeology and coins.…
