Seeking food recipes from Japan

I am prepping a few stories about Japan for culinary travel magazines and cocktail magazines and am seeking out recipes with matching food photos. Destinations to be covered include Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe and the Tokushima and Kurashiki areas. Although I did the trip, finding recipes is proving to be a challenge. First story needs to be turned in soon. While I can find recipes on line, I don't want to run anything that's run verbatim elsewhere.

One story is due in about a week.
