Bad news: The The great Bluestone Gallery in Milford, PA, which displays works by potter and bell-maker David Greenbaum and other nationally known artists and artisans, is going out of business. The good news is that Bluestone has dramatically reduced its prices for its final week. This is a chance to pick up quality pieces at a fraction of what they'd normally cost.

I'm leaving for San Miguel de Allende, Mexico next month and wondering if the group has any shopping secrets that they would like to share. I'm interested in unique luxury jewelry, clothing and pottery.

Thanks,

Rose

I can't believe it, but, Yohji Yamamoto is closing his only two shops in North America, both located in NYC... I've been visiting NYC primarily to shop for clothes at Yohji's stores for our restaurant staff and myself for years, and this has to be a huge loss for America. Oh well, we'll have to go to Paris more often!
