No frilly curtains, teddy bears or potpourri at the Everett Street guesthouse

Visit the Portland, Oregon area and stay in a lovely, urban neighborhood that's walking distance to some of Portland's best restaurants, cafes, movie theater, park and public transportation. The Everett Street Guesthouse is a beautiful 1907 Craftsman style home with 2 comfortable guest rooms as well as a separate contemporary studio cottage that I rent out by the night or week. the Inn stay includes a full breakfast, while the cottage has its own kitchenette, entrance, tiled shower, heated floors, private garden. I host people from all over the world, and many are visiting their grown children. You can view my website at www.everettstreetguesthouse.com and check out reviews on google or tripadvisor to see what others thing.

My personal interests include kayaking anywhere I can find smooth water, and am always looking for new places to explore. Planning on a trip to the Keys this winter, so if anyone has suggestions of places to go that are a bit off the map, would love to hear.
