The Annapurna Base Camp Trek in Nepal 12 days starts with a short drive to the Nayapul. And then walking from the warm areas with a slow climb towards mid-hills through several traditional Gurung tribes’ farm villages with constant beautiful views of Annapurna Mountains with majestic Mt. Machapuchare (Fish Tail). The trail passes through the rural farms and villages, a variety of terrain and to glaciers. After Chomrong you’ll head downhill over terraced farm fields to Chomrong River. And then an uphill climb through cool dense forest to Bamboo a small settlement, located by the Modi River. From here trek advance to the cooler area after leaving the tree lines at Machapuchare Base Camp 3,720 m. While, Machapuchare Base Camp located at the base of towering North Face of Fishtail peak, the starting point of the sanctuary and towards Annapurna Base Camp.
