Anyone have info on Hotel Hacienda Taboada in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico?

I have been in contact with the Hotel Hacienda Taboada Hotel, a property that has a natural spring pool. The hotel is  near San Miguel de Allende. I want to stay there for a few days in early November before traveling the short distance to Guanajuato. The problem is I can't  get a direct answer about anything from them including if the hot springs pool of the hotel is open, or what type of rooms are available.. I get a spam type letter of a price only with no detail. Has anyone info on it? Thanks in advance.
