the world's smartest travel social network

Hi Jennifer,
Here are a couple reasons that I feel it make the case for a business online presence (especially travel):
1) You must be present where your market is shopping. Your existing clients and potential customers are online. Thinking they are not is naive. My 84 year old Mother researches online before buying anything.
2) The basis for all online marketing is rooted in using keyword phrases. You have the ability to craft the type of clients you build your business with by target marketing with keyword phrases. You attract like-minded people through "search" who are interested in what you are selling.
3) You get to tell your story. The Internet marketing platforms lend themselves to long-copy and lots of pictures to paint the picture of your custom travel experiences. Sell the experience rather than competing on price.
4) You are able to give your clients and potential customers a voice by engaging them in the online conversation.
5) Online marketing is a numbers game. The larger your online footprint the greater the ales potential.
6) Do you have a better marketing avenue that provides greater ROI?
My Two Cents,
George
