The last ten years was a great run, especially as freelancing has taken me around the world, especially with regards to food travel and trips related to distilleries, wineries and spirits.  Though I intend to continue freelancing, the economy dictates my going back to 9-to-5 work.  While I plan to seek informational interviews with long-time industry contacts and new resumes are ready to go, can anybody in this community provide interesting tips on how to leverage extensive global travel and travel writing as an "asset" with related jobs in the industry (I am looking to work at PR/Marketing firms or in-house at companies focused on wine/spirits, food and hospitality, which all tie to travel)?

Suggestions are welcome.

Your extensive travel and contacts should put you in tremendous leveraging position with my travel discount membership company ROI Unlimited.  This company in it's infancy has tremendous growth and upside.  They are planning an infomercial advertising campaign.  In the meantime we members share the program getting the word out and we get compensation as the result.  Many members have earned $5,000 to $80,000 since February.  Email me at jorjam@gmail.com for more information.  John Bohannon
