I am planning to visit to Barcelona, Spain in April 2011. Please advice me about the weather and activities ets. About the places to see and fun.

Glad you asked! I'm not a local there, so hopefully someone else will chime in with some local flair, but I did visit Barcelona last September and loved it! July and August are the best months to visit Spain for vacations. I think you are going too early there. I suggest you visit www[.]telegraph.co[.]uk/travel/destinations/europe/spain/. Here you find all great attractions there.
