Tel Aviv is on the top 10 list of cities of the world! If you are lucky enough to have visited Tel Aviv, you know why, if not, then it is time for you to go. Tel Aviv is ranked an impressive # 3 on Lonely Planet's Top 10 for 2011. National Geographic put Tel Aviv beaches in the top 10. 

In stark contrast to the holy city of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv is an amazing modern metropolis open 24/7. Sitting along a beautiful coastline, one can lose themselves in thought just sitting along the famous Promenade sipping a coffee, fresh carrot juice or fruit smoothie. You can watch as people play beach sports, sail, surf or play backgammon or you can join them or go for a great jog in the fresh sea air. 

During the day, shop 'til you drop it you are not on the beach. Choose from designer boutiques or the old markets for interesting trinkets and jewelry. Or, enjoy the museums and Bauhaus architecture.

At night, dine beachside or at one of the famed outdoor cafes. There is always someone ready to strike up a conversation. Then at night, the pubs and nightclubs are waiting to welcome you. Or enjoy a theater production, ballet or the Tel Aviv orchestra.
