Last year, Bootsnall.com published a story of mine called Nine of the Most Wheelchair-Friendly Cities to Visit Now, which I thank them for. What is not known is that this story was originally called Ten of the Most Wheelchair-Friendly Cities to Visit Now.

What happened to number 10? Of course, it fell victim to the editor's cut so this great, accessible city , didn't get it's due.
