Why does our home team's stadium rank so low on our Fields of Dreams list (17 out of 19)? It all has to do with how they treat their disabled fans. It's Angel Stadium today on The World on Wheels: http://tinyurl.com/27s8sgl

This week's Transit Report comes from a California city that has great public transportation...if you can get past the surly employees. It's San Francisco on The World on Wheels: : http://tinyurl.com/274ezfq

Our big destination this week on The World on Wheels is Germany and Austria. We continue on with that theme for today's Transit Report from Munich: http://tinyurl.com/2ebt4dt

Today on The World on Wheels...a new Fields of Dreams report on an old stadium. This is a real hidden gem, a perfectly preserved Depression Era ballpark hidden in Southern California's Inland Empire: http://tinyurl.com/2e6fdjy

By reader request, a destination piece about Yosemite National Park. Be aware that I've gone conservative with my recommendations in this post. Your mileage can and will vary--if you're able to hike to the top of Half Dome--rock on with your bad self! Also, comment and tell me about it! I haven't done that hike since I was in the 8th grade and I'd love to know what it's like nowadays.

My Problem With Yosemite, Part 1

Also--got a destination you want me to cover? A specific type of travel? Comment on the blog or here on LJ, and I'll do my best to hook you up.

Today on The World on Wheels, here are some travel products we find useful on the road, including a great lightweight low-cost travel manual wheelchair: http://tinyurl.com/24evte8
