Calling all cuisine connoisseurs, foodies and all general lovers of food, mark your calendars for the Harvest on the Harbor October 21st through the 23rd in Portland, Maine.  This third annual event toast Maine’s culinary arts and artist.  Participants can pick and choose various events to take part in, including tastings, seminars, demonstrations and even a marketplace where visitors can purchase some of the best in local products.
