A fellow Tripatini member has a question as to whether independent shore excursion operators (i.e. those not vetted by or affiliated with a cruise line) are safe and reliable. If you'd like to offer observations and/or advice, please respond by clicking on this link to Ask a Travel Pro.

Thanks much!!

Kevin Sheehan, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line will be the UNDERCOVER BOSS on Sunday's show. He'll take the audience below decks and even lead a line dance. Check your papers for time.

While we really don't know that the Navy doesn't feature lobster almondine (it actually sounds awful,) we do know that Carnival doesn't plan to have a ship dead in the water.
The cruise line is doing all they can and will make things right financially with passengers. It is a horrible way to experience a cruise, a horrible travel experience all the way around, but it was an accident. Just like the airplane's engine falling off, train derailments, etc.Stuff happens, and there is no joy in cruiseville when any line suffers this kind of thing
And definitely to lobster almondine.
Crab salad? Maybe.
