Guest posting is a great way to get your links on other sites (improve your Google rank) and gain exposure to a wider audience (more traffic).

Hosting guest posts is a great way to offer more diverse content (better authority) and reach a wider audience (the guest poster typically puts a link to their post on their blog and promotes it to their twitter/facebook readers)

In all, it's a win/win! Actually, it's a win/win/win because I've found that it also builds comraderie between bloggers.

I'm happy to write guest posts on other blogs, and happy to host your guest posts on mine!
