The latest New York Trip Report concludes today on The World on Wheels. Things get a little R rated in this part: http://tinyurl.com/2cgtjph .

One of our best trips was when the hotel gave away our accessible room and had no choice except to upgrade us to the Presidential Suite. It's another trip to the Big Apple, today on The World on Wheels: http://tinyurl.com/2unyw8o

The Southern Sierra Nevadas. Kern River, rafting, giant sequoias and more. I makes an interesting side trip from Bakerfield, California, but Kernville is also a destination in its own right. The trip report is now online at The World on Wheels: http://tinyurl.com/23t7b2z

Out near Perth in Western Australia, an outfit called Bushtucker Tours provides a few cool hours of canoeing and hiking that includes a lunch featuring aboriginal delicacies -- including those notorious witchetty grubs (aka worms). Check it out on this week's Tripatini blog.

It will be a little while before I can get the full reports together, but if you'd like to see the highlights (and a couple of disappointments) from our recent Midwest Baseball Tour, go to this link at The World on Wheels: http://tinyurl.com/2de8sat

I love exploring different cultures and food. It allows me to open my horizon and live. Food and wine are so essential to our existence. I travel the world exploring and tasting to broaden my palate.

On the first round of the Skid Row Wine Bowl it was a suprise victory by Two Buck Chuck. Will he win again? Today, it's round 2 of the Skid Row Wine Bowl on The World on Wheels' Cocktail Hour. This time it's Merlot.
