¡Ay, papi! This huge, touristically rich country is a mixed bag when it comes to gay-friendliness, but it offers offers plenty of resorts and cities that are gay-popular and gay-friendly. First and foremost is of course Puerto Vallarta, but you can find GL-oriented scenes and/or accommodations in Cancun, Mazatlan, Merida, Los Cabos, Acapulco, and other vacation areas, as well as the capital, Mexico City, where the gay scene is centered largely around the Zona Rosa.
