Massachusetts

Historic, cosmopolitan Boston's the Big Kahuna in America's most historic state, of course. But don't forget the beachy charms of Cape Cod and the islands, plus all the wonderful small towns across the state, from Cape Ann to the Berkshires.

This week's Fields of Dreams update at The World on Wheels. The oldest and, now, one of the most expensive stadiums to watch a game in. It's the very historic Fenway Park in Boston.

Anyone have tips for a member who needs to use public transport from Boston Logan Airport to Oxford? If so, please reply not on this wall but rather at this link to our Ask A Travel Pro forum.  Thansk so much!

On Friday, Baseball's oldest stadium turns 100 years old! On this week's Fields of Dreams at The World on Wheels, we turn the spotlight on this century old jewel. It's Boston's Fenway Park, home of the Red Sox: http://tinyurl.com/2fcqzau

Hubway is expanding its bicycle sharing program in Boston. I wonder what the replacement rate is for these bikes.

Rock Hall, a luxe property in the Southern Berkshires based in a home originally built in 1912 by famed architect Addison Mizner, has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. The property features 5 master guest suites (four with en suite fireplaces), top-of-the-line amenities, pool, tennis, marked hiking trails and more. A truly unique place for discerning travelers.
