Definitely check out the Vineyards in Sonoita - great day trip with B&B's and beautiful scenery. Trips down to the artists communities in Tucac and Tumacacori are also wonderful. I'd highly recommend staying at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa - It's absolutely stunning that time of year. Amazing Spa - don't miss the foot ritual. Primo restaurant is by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Melissa Kelly - outstanding meals. Make sure to participate in the nightly sunset Tequila toast.

Thanks April! The vineyards might be doable. I'm already planning on Tubac and Tumacacori.
