It's the first day in the year. We wish you all the best as we set off to take on the challenges of this new year. 2011 had its fair share of ups and downs but we survived, we made it through and we are still standing. Ed, wasn't that hospital already angling to increase medical tourism, especially for eart and spinal surgery.... or is this something new? If latter, where did you read the latest comments? Thanks.

And now a spokesman for the award-winning Holy Trinity Hospital in Ghana wants to increase medical tourism to that country. Can Ghana, in fact, compete against India, Thailand, Brazil, etc. for medical tourists ?
