Incentive Travel to Africa

I'm participating in a media panel later this month where I will be talking about the current state of MICE travel to destinations in Africa (especially incentive programs) and would greatly appreciate any insights members of this group might have on the topic.  In particular I'm looking to see what the perception of travel to Africa is for planners and their clients, what are the pros and cons of travel to Africa for incentive groups, what programs have worked in the past, what types of programs are in demand now, etc.

Any feedback provided is greatly appreciated.  My deadline for research is Friday, Nov. 12.
