Whether it is surfing, hiking, rafting, biking or any other outdoor activity, a new UK based website has come on the scene promising to build the fairest independent selection of responsible adventure choices
ever seen.

Muchbetteradventures.com have set out to level the playing field and bring support to a growing number of important conservation and sustainable development projects around the world. They have committed to
always offer free, no commission membership to new initiatives, not for profit,
community tourism and charity operations. This allows them to access a
commercially competitive marketing platform and appear alongside established
ethical operators, who contribute through low cost annual upgrades.

Their independent travel directory puts adventure seekers in direct contact with handpicked holidays, tours, courses and accommodation from friendly local experts with a strong commitment to sustainability. They
also provide travellers reviews, the resources needed to book a low carbon
journey, and have started a monthly community e-mag and activity guides, in
which members can contribute useful info, ideas and inspiration.

Since going live with 2 members a few months ago the site has grown quickly. Although it is still early days, the site already features nearly 100 holiday options, and there are plenty more in the pipeline as they
now look to expand their network.

With a strong emphasis on personal experience and performance throughout the site, founders Alex and Ed aim to build a site with appeal to even the most hardened of green sceptics, therefore widening the
market for sustainable travel.

Operators, accommodation providers and initiatives interested in joining should contact alex@muchbetteradventures.com.

If you would like to feature in the e-mag dedicated to the news about sustainability in the adventure world, contact mag@muchbetteradventures.com
