Would definitely try this cactus liquor cold with lime juice!  I love to see local liquors showcased rather than mainstream cocktails

Actually I came out with their award winning official cocktail recipe, the GREEN BONAIRE, see recipes one their site!

I had to Google Bonaire to find out where it was. Their website doesn't say. I love the idea of the liqueur, though.

It is in Rincon, Bonaire's oldest and second largest village.
