Before 1493 this mountain was the sacred mountain of the Taino Indians in Puerto Rico Yunque

Today a main tourist attraction . Yesterday the home of Yokahu , the Taino Indian God.

You can go there and take the trail to el yunque peak. It takes about 2 hours one way and feel the spiritual journey.
