I think it's right on. In Italy, nearly every client who contacts us for a tour will demand a discount before booking. This was unheard of years ago. While we are happy to grant discounts on Rome tours, lower prices, etc to "bust" the crisis, greedy folks who shall remain nameless (okay it starts with a V, and ends with an ATICAN) continue to charge more every year, and get away with it!
