PRODUCT SOURCING MANAGER – LUXURY TRAVEL WEBSITE

                      

Our client is an International Travel Company operating the world’s leading invitation only travel website.   The company currently has over 6 million members in the US, France, UK, Italy, and Spain.  Members receive access to exclusive high-end travel offers (Hotels, Cruises, and Tours) with exceptional discounts.  New offers are available on a weekly basis and last for up to 6 days.  Membership is free and by invitation only.  The company is located in Northern California and this position will require relocation.     

 

The company has been very successful in the US launch of the website with, visitation growing each month.  Suppliers are solicited to participate on a fee basis that is not dissimilar to advertising in a newspaper or magazine. The benefit to the supplier is the opportunity to reach a highly focused, luxury travel clientele. 

                                                                         

We have been retained to search for a industry sales person who would solicit hotels to enroll in the system.  Sales and marketing experience in the hotel or travel industry is required.  The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and an understanding of the luxury travel marketplace.  This is a great opportunity to join a progressive e-commerce travel company with the potential for rapid expansion.  We need a confident sales person, with the proven ability to generate new sales.  The company’s sourcing team negotiates an average of 15 new consumer offers every week. 

 

TOTAL COMPENSATION POTENTIAL - OVER $75,000.00 (comprised of base salary and a quarterly performance related bonus program.
