Vacation/Holiday Rentals

Snagging an apartment, bungalow, villa, or pretty much any space of your own definitely has its advantages -- financial and otherwise. And sometimes you don't even have to give up maid service!

We have clients as well from the cold regions of the US and Canada that come to Cabo for 1-3 months at a time.  We have some that are back for the 4th and 5th years.  Long term rates are reduced and makes it affordable.

Vacation rentals are also a great option for longer seasonal escapes. Since our winters are sunny and warm but not stifling humid and hot like the beaches, Snowbirds from the frozen north come back each winter soaking up the daily sun and enjoying outdoor sports. Retirees can dip their toes into retirement destinations to see if care-free living at a fraction of the cost is worth moving to a foreign country. During the long summer season, families come to study Spanish for a month or more while traveling to different destinations using the home as a base. So having a home away from home for a seasonal stay is ideal for those who need more than just a week vacation.

Yes. The privacy and togetherness you get in a villa is by far better than having your group in separate rooms and having a "communal" gathering spot. Depending on location most have private pools, daily maid - even a cook (or all-inclusive plan). In my case there is always a property manager or, in some cases the owner, who is there to answer your questions and attend to your needs. This can be comforting to those who are a little "afraid" of being in a foreign country and thinking they're left to fend for themselves. I personally think a villa will allow you to experience more of the country. Costa Rica Vacation Rentals www.crvacationrentals.com  shameless plug :)

I agree with Cheryl.  I have been in the Vacation Rental business for 12 years and  when traveling with friends and family have realized that in almost all cases we prefer vacation rentals.  We have rented in Sun River, Oregon, Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley, Montana, Arizona, Colorado, and Cabo.  It's so nice to be able to all gather together for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner around the table in friendship.  When we all stay in the same place, in my opinion, we get a better valued vacation not only in time spent together but a savings in our pocketbooks as well.

Vacation rentals are a perfect way to travel. Beautiful homes, comfortable homes,

cozy cottages, luxury estates with all the amenities like washers and dryers, gourmet cookware, plenty of linens, shampoo and bath products, dog run and more! Vacation rentals provide a secure spot from which to see all of the sights, share time with friends and family and be totally uninterrupted by hotel staff, noisy neighbors or chatty guests. Come to Oregon wine country soon and beat the the Spring and Summer rush while rates are lowest. Two bedroom, one bath or five bedroom, five bath. See more at www.bakerstreetinn.com

Availability in January (and beyond) for a chalet outside of Zell am See, near Klagenfurt, great skiing, snowshoeing, cross country too. Peak ski season, sleeps 6, fireplace, 7 km from town and train station. Great rates.
