The tomb of "La Milagrosa", the "miraculous one" -- Amelia Goyri de Adot, a wealthy woman who died in childbirth in 1901 and was buried with her baby by her knees. When the remains were exhumed years later, the baby was reportedly found in her arms. Since then, people, women especially, flock to this tomb in Havana's Colon Cemetery to beg for intercession and spiritual assistance with all sorts of earthly matters. After making a request, people back away from the tomb, never giving Amelia their back.
