We shared spicy shiso tuna, whole sizzling catfish, Cantonese duck, and crème brûlée. It was my 77th birthday.. Wolfgang Puck opened Chinois on Main in 1983, one year after his first restaurant Spago. He now has 24 outlets in the USA and Canada.
