Jose, this picture was taken from the mountains that are between San Juan and Caguas. In this photo you are looking at San Juan in the horizon. If I turn around I will see the entire Valley of Turabo with  Caguas in the middle and the mountains that seperate Caguas from Cayey,.

Driving the Ruta Panorámica through the mountains of central Puerto Rico is one of my favorite travel memories, especially staying at paradores like Hacienda Juanita in Maricao. Love PR!
