Our family has been considering purchasing property in Belize for vacations and a possible retirement home.  I have been researching Sanctuary among other developments and individual properties.  We were planning a tour of Sanctuary this fall; however, Victor explained that the tour is not the time to gather information about the development but the time to purchase.  He indicated that all of my research should be completed prior to my arrival for the tour.  Has anyone else had this…
