The 9th Annual “HEDGE FUND ROCKTOBERFEST-NYC” benefiting the charity “A Leg To Stand On” (ALTSO) will take place on Thursday, October 11, 2012. ALTSO’s signature event unites more than 1,000 leaders from the hedge fund & related financial services communities (and people from all fields of work) for a night of rock ‘n roll & acoustic music– to help ALTSO treat more children. The event features sponsors from some of the City’s greatest restaurateurs & spirits companies offering gourmet food & drinks; Live Music, Dancing & DJ!

ALTSO is a non-profit that provides free prosthetic limbs, corrective surgery and rehabilitative care to children in the developing world who have lost their limbs in traumatic accidents or were born with limb disabilities. Hedge Fund Rocktoberfest has helped ALTSO treat more than 8,000 children and has become one of the most unique and highly anticipated events in both the charity and finance industries.
