Hotel Review: The Vanilla Garden Tenerife

Located in one of the top tourist spots in the southern part of the region, Vanilla Garden Tenerife is a hotel that is built with traditional architecture. This is in imitation of the typical building style of the Canary Islands homes consisting of gabled roofs and wooden balconies. The Vanilla Garden includes a landscaped courtyard with balconies facing the garden which gives tourists the feeling of being in a canary village.

The common areas in the hotel are fully equipped with the required amenities including a pool bar, and a restaurant. The reception is a cool spot with a corner coffee shop. Vanilla Garden Tenerife has a gym with a Jacuzzi and recreational area. The rooms comprise of all the amenities needed for tourists or occupants to enjoy and relax when visiting. The rooms are designed with modern and fresh colours, and there is LED lighting in the shower and headboard of the beds that gives it a nice bright touch. The food served at the hotel is great. There is free Wi-Fi in the hotel's premises so tourists can have internet access every hour of the day. The rooms have HDMI and USB jacks which always visitors to connect their devices and view it on a 3D Smart - TV in the room.

 

Conveniently Located

 

The Vanilla Garden Tenerife is located in the centre of Las Americas. It just a three-minute walk to the beach and is close to all the restaurants and trendy bars next to the promenade. Tourists can easily see Las Americas, walking through Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje. The hotel's location allows visitors to enjoy seeing the wonderful day beaches of Tenerife. The hotel is 350 meters, from the beach of Troya and the seafront. The restaurants and bars close to the hotel become a bustling place during the night where tourists can dance, enjoy drinks, and eat.

Vanilla Garden is 450 meters away from the locals of Las Americas. 400 metres from Veronica’s mall, where tourists can find bars and pubs that serve English breakfast, McDonalds, and kebabs, etc. Towards the sea, there are colourful locals and new restaurants where tourists can enjoy Italian dishes, meat, fish and liquor. It is located 1.1 km from the Las Americas Golf course, 0.7 km from Siam Park and 15.1 km from Tenerife Airport.

Who is the Hotel Suited for?

The Vanilla Garden Tenerife is aimed for couples. It is an adult’s only hotel. The place is not intended for children. It is perfect for only couples that want to stay in a relaxing, and comfortable environment.

Downsides

There are hardly any downsides when it comes to the Vanilla Garden Tenerife, except for a few complaints about the noise and connectivity. Some tourists have complained that loud music was played regularly with a loudspeaker directly outside the room which obstructed their sleep. Others have also complained about the hotels connectivity (Wi-Fi). The complainants have insisted that the reception was consistently poor during at the hotel. Apart from these two complaints, the hotel is fantastic.

Bottom Line

The Vanilla Garden Tenerife has a pool layout that is lovely. The food served there is great, and there is a buffet that allows tourists to eat as much as they want to. It is conveniently located and so central that visitors can choose to walk everywhere. The rooms are the core of the hotel with fascinating modern designs, and amenities with excellent power showers and very helpful customer service. Visitors have no need to worry about noisy children running around or large families consuming everything.
