Introducing the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel in the Japan Alps!

The Hakuba Tokyu Hotel, which debuted in January 1996, completely renovated all its guest rooms in the last two years, with all rooms fully renewed by December 2019.

The 102-guest room Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is a European-style international resort hotel that fully accommodates the needs of overseas travelers. The multipurpose banquet hall can hold up to 380 guests and is perfectly designed to host corporate training, academic conferences, weddings and private parties. Free WiFi is available throughout the venue. The resort boasts hot springs, French and Japanese restaurants, and a cozy lounge bar. Additionally, guests can spend a rewarding time immersing themselves in a plethora of outdoor activities.

Hakuba may be remembered as the venue for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics and is a popular resort for skiers from overseas. Blessed with high-quality powder snow and more than 3000-meter-high peaks, Hakuba thrills skiers and snowboarders alike as they slalom and slide down the slopes. In the spring and summer, visitors enjoy mountain climbing, trekking, canoeing and rafting. Hakuba embodies all of nature’s charms in every season, throughout the year.

Access from Tokyo: The Hokuriku Shinkansen takes 80 minutes from Tokyo to Nagano Station. (Included in both the JR and JR East passes). From Nagano, it's best to depart the station via the East Exit and take an Alpico bus to Hakuba (¥1800-2000). Total travel time about 3 hours.
