Dear   Travel Agent,

You are   invited to participate in a most exclusive, exciting and cultural experience   in cooperation with the Vietnam Tourism   Board, our local Vietnam office and all   the listed suppliers in the attached   itinerary.

This   Educational promises to be a most “Enchanting and Charming” experience filled   with elegant products and most of all with new cultural experiences while   traveling in a luxurious style.

From   elegant 5(*) star resorts/hotels accommodation to exclusive and unique   beautiful sights, beaches, culture and most of all wonderful people. Vietnam   is a seductive and attractive destination and in order to continue our   efforts to promote the area we like to invite you to join us in this   exclusive educational especially customized for you.

This   “famil” has been designed for only a selected group of ten (10) of our   producing and/or very good potential Travel Agents across the USA &   Canada.

As a   top-end market Tour   Operator/Wholesaler we are delighted to be part of this   exotic destination. Because we strongly believe that in order to better   sell a destination is very important to have good knowledge of it, we   are delighted to be able to invite you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Please   note the following details of this fam and kindly read carefully the attached   itinerary:
  The cost includes :

  1.   All   services included as shown in the attached   itinerary. (All 5 star accommodation   wherever possible)
  2.   Due   to the High Season month we ask for an immediate confirmation of   participants. Therefore in order to secure your space, we must have your   payment no later than Wednesday, July 17, 2013. This will confirm   your attendance.
  3.   Please   send the following documents to our office:
  • The total cost for   the land portion   (as per attached   itinerary) US$ 1,549.00 per person   payable by agency check or if payment is by Credit Card we use PayPal. (4 %   additional cc fee will be added) (The cost includes all the   services as shown based all on single accommodation, tips, meals, etc.). Spouse/companion (sharing room) pay an additional   $400.00
      (Note: Payment is   non-refundable should you wish to cancel your participation at any time prior   to the departure. Therefore we strongly suggest you purchase travel   insurance.) All participants must arrange their own airfare to Hanoi and from   Saigon. Note that we suggest the following airline & flights.
    • Flight   on Eva Air (BR 01) departs at 1:35am the morning of the 17 September, 2013   (the night between the 16 & 17 September) (You should arrive in LAX no   later than 10:30 pm on the 16 September.)
    • Flight   on Eva Air (BR 02) depart Saigon(HCMC) arrives in LAX at 4:35pm on 26   September ( ALL DETAILS ARE ON THE ATTACHED   ITINERARY)
    •   ATA/ARC/CLIA list
    •   Copy of a business card
    •   Letter from the agency’ s owner/manager   authorizing participation (if you are not the Owner/Manager)
  1.   VISA   - A Visa upon arrival is required to enter Vietnam   and the cost for this is included in the total due. The following   details are required immediately in order to proceed in issuing the visa:
    1. Name as in the   passport
    2. Gender
    3. Date of Birth
    4. Passport number
    5. Expired Date
    6. Nationality
    7. Date of entry to   Vietnam
    8. Your scanned   passports

    9. 2   passport photos.   Are required to take along with you and show upon arrival (A valid US   passport of at least six (6) months from the date of entry is necessary)

A   week prior to departure you will receive a final copy with more details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A&A S.E. Asia Tours, Ltd( a division of   A&A Holidays, Ltd.) reserves the right to pre-screen all participants to   assure that each is a full-time or part- time employee of a bona-fide Travel   Agency with proper identification and record to match.

NOTE:   The confirmations are taken on a “first come first served basis” only,   therefore I suggest that you kindly send us your confirmation to join in this   “most unique educational” by email at   followed by payment to block your spot no later than Wednesday July 17, 2013
