Kaziranga National Park (India) A Natural Home Of Single Horn Rhinoceros.

Kaziranga National Park is A national park in the Golaghat and Nagaon district of the state of Assam, India. This national park is mainly famous for single horn Rhinoceros. On 1 June 1905, the Kaziranga Proposed Reserve Forest was created with an area of 232 km2. If we fail to see the Rhinoceros any where than we can move towards the Kaziranga national park and see them. It is a natural home of it and really they feel it due to large area i.e. covered by forest including river and three types of climates i.e. summer, monsoon and winter. The climatic condition of this park moves between 25 0C (77 0F) – to – 5 0C (41 0F). The Idea of establishment of this park brought by Mary Victoria Leiter Cruzon, the wife of Viceroy of india Lord Cruzon in 1904 for the purpose to protect the Rhinoceros. Rhinoceros is a beautiful creation of nature, but this time it is in endangered zone. The number of Rhinoceros is very little in the world due to human interfere in the wildlife.

The Establishment of Kaziranga national park in India is a great example of wildlife protection. If you fail to see the Rhinoceros than visit the Kaziranga national park and see this beautiful animal. In this park to many funs for visitors like birding, wildlife observation, Elephants Safari and Jeep Safari available as guided tour facility for visitors in the park. But hiking is prohibited in the park to avoid potential human-animal conflicts. The park closed for visitors from mid-April to mid-October due to monsoon rains.
