Lima is not only the capital of Peru but also is the mix of all races, colors and flavors of that country.

Founded on January 18, 1535 by the Spanish conqueror, Francisco Pizarro, in the lands that were once the domains of "Cacique Taulichusco. This new city quickly became one of the most important in America.

The official name, "City of Kings", arised because the foundation day of the city was so closed to the Magic Kings´day. From that appeared the nickname of the "three times crowned villa", however, finally the popular use won and this beautiful city kept the native name of Lima.

It currently has more than 8 million people, its population is not only native Peruvians but also throughout the world, enriching its colorful culture. In its historical center, declared a Mankind Heritage site by UNESCO, you´ll find beautiful churches, gorgeous  colonial houses, splendid balconies and nice walks.

Climate: The city of Lima has an arid and semi-warm climate. The maximum annual average temperature is 21,97 ° C (71.4 ° F) and minimum of 17 º C (62.7 º F). However, the temperature increases in the years in which the phenomenon of El Niño happens.
