Enjoy this magical evening as you listen to Elena Baksht perform the majestic "Pictures at an Exhibition" and see Rebecca Landrith, Miss Manhattan finalist and featured "American It Girl" and other models, walk Mussorgsky's most unusual (and unforgettable) Musical promenade in an atmosphere of old world elegance and sophistication.

When Mussorgsky originally composed "Pictures at an Exhibition", he had in mind an imaginary tour through a private art collection in St. Petersburg, Russia.  Coinciding with the upcoming New York Fashion Week and Valentine’s Day weekend, our modern-day "Pictures at an Exhibition" will offer the opportunity not only to relive for an evening the artistic milieu that Mussorgsky envisioned but also to shake off the winter blues, reconnect with old friends, make new acquaintances, as you enjoy this beautiful evening!

This will be the inaugural event for our new cultural initiative the "Arts Circle". Unlike the square – where every angle is clear and straight, creating clearly defined places – the circle is a symbol of unity, a place where boundaries are fused and differences fade away. Similar to Musical Promenade, each of the programs of  the "Arts Circle" will create a platform to unite different art forms in order to tell a story and reveal new cultural horizons for our audiences.

The Arts Circle is pioneered by Elena Baksht, an award winning , internationally acclaimed pianist and educator, cited by the Washington Post as "the pianist with a magic touch" and "one of the most intriguing pianists of her generation" by Miami Sun Post. She is a founding Director of Southampton Arts Festival, www.southamptonartsfestival.org , and Music at Lincoln Center.
