New experience with Japanese Buffet

From October 2012, customers can experience the new look of Sumo Sushibar with buffet Ala Carte and new dishes.

Sumo Sushibar is like the great intersection of autumn with dishes that are dainty, attractive with Japanese cuisine style.

Entering the space of restaurant, both the tension and tiresomeness disappear, there is only the space of harmony and elegance with attractive buffet table and hospitality.

In the new look, from October 2012, customers can experience interesting changes of Sumo Sushibar with Ala Carte and Japanese authentic foods that are very delicious and attractive. 

All things make the harmony of  color and taste in a picture: green color and strange flavor of  nutritious avocado that is wrapped carefully in the ball of Japanese cooked rice, steamed warming  with ginger, Mochi cake with flavor of green tea and ice scream.

And there is a lot of different dishes customers cannot miss such as: Tataki tuna, fried chicken cartilage Kara-age, sashimi, tempura, Udon, ramen and Japanese cakes…

According to Hirano – specialist of developing dishes in the restaurant, said Sumo Sushibar serve in the form of buffet Ala Carte. With this form, the freshness of food is always ensured because the chef will start cooking when customers order. Customers are served on the spot, so they will have more time to relax and chat.

Mr Hirano added, the menu of Sumo Sushibar is very various with more than 100 dishes. Therefore, if you are not familiar to going to the market, you should enjoy Japanese foods. 

Customers can find the titles of menu and choose their favorite dishes spreading from appetizers, sushi, tempura, sashimi to steamed, fried, baked dishes and desert. This gives customers a full meal with the balance of nutrition and helps them enjoy many different dishes.
