Cancellation policy:

Cancellations only become effective once the Hanoi Imperial Hotel sales office receives notification of cancellation in writing. Should you be forced to cancel your package, the following terms will apply:

• From 08 - 30 days prior to your arrival: No charge
• From 04 - 07 days prior to your arrival: 30% of total charge
• Less than 03 days prior to your arrival: 100% of total charge
