Well, Voodoo Donuts, of course!

There are "pods" of food carts in almost every neighborhood of Portland, many with outstanding food. This website http://www.foodcartsportland.com/ has write-ups about some, and maps for the locations.

November is a wonderful time to visit Oregon Wine Country, only about an hour from downtown Portland, and there are several outstanding restaurants in that area. Joel Palmer House in Dayton, Ponzi Bistro, The Painted Lady and Nick's Italian Cafe in McMinnville all specialize in pairing fresh northwest dishes with Oregon wines.
