NAMED ‘SÚPER EMPRESA’ BY EXPANSIÓN MAGAZINE

 

Prestigious recognition celebrates workplace and employee-driven culture

 

PHILADEPHIA (June 15, 2016) – AMResorts^®, an Apple Leisure Group subsidiary, has been recognized for the fifth consecutive year as one of Expansión magazine’s 2016 Súper Empresas (Top Companies). Additionally, the company remained among the Top 10 Best Companies to Work For in Mexico. 

Expansión, a leading business magazine in Mexico, publishes their annual ranking of companies to recognize businesses that apply unique tactics in fostering effective employee development. In addition, the distinction takes into account the current environment of Mexico’s corporate world by assessing an organization’s corporate culture. 

The ranking, divided into three categories based on the total number of employees, included over 175 companies that operate in Mexico. Within the hospitality and tourism industry, AMResorts earned the top ranking among businesses with more than 3,000 employees. It also ranked sixth overall in the top 25 companies with more than 3,000 employees category.  The selection process takes into account the creation and implementation of training platforms for supervisors and programs that serve to strengthen leadership, encourage achievement and showcase communication strategies.
