Beautiful light works and Lanterns in the Phuket’s sky greeted the Year 2015

The island Phuket is reputed for the being the land of parties and naughty nightlife. Well sure, it is the famous and festive party time of the year NEW YEAR 2015. The tourist who gathered here for NYE 2015 were sure not disappointed as Phuket did offer a lively extravaganza which always seems to outdo the previous year’s New Year Celebration. The island offers different festivities and the tourist like every year loved the Asian traditions of welcoming the new year with watching the sky filled with sky lanterns. This was truly a remarkable experience for those who shared Phuket’s New Year’s Eve 2015

Party in Phuket town for the year began early as it involved a 3 night special event which is the Countdown Phuket festival which took place on December 29th till 31st December. Various activities were usually involved which included concerts, a “Light Wonderland” exhibit, aromatic food stalls, singing contests and a fireworks show at the Midnight.

Like every year, this year also welcomes the New Year with the Phuket New Year Lantern Festival where the sky was filled with beautiful lanterns thus greeting the New year. Well there was special as well lively shows in Phuket in Phuket Fantasea Show like every other New year which simply kept the visitors spell- bounded.

Well that covers the festivals and shows greeting the New Year. But there is another most important thing which is surely worth mentioning that is the parties and fireworks on New Year. Two of the famous hot spots which offered some of the exclusive parties this New Year’s Eve are Phuket Town and Patong beach. But not only this, there were several other parties out on the island’s west coast beach areas on 31st December along with beautiful fireworks filling up the winter night sky. The best part is that numerous tourists visited the island to indulge in various parties offering different events absolutely free of charge.

Not to be missed to mention was the Simon Cabaret Phuket where beautiful stunning cabaret dancers dressed attractively with beautiful colored clothes and lights welcomes the year 2015 in their own way. The beaches of Phuket were also ready for the celebration of the New Year 2015. In fact the Karon beach also hosted the NYE 2015 in Phuket like it had done in the past several years. There were talented DJs, fantastic music along with dance festival. In fact the beach clubs of the Surin beaches were no exception this year as they served delicious cuisine with different choices of drinks. The party goers swayed their feet to the DJ’s latest music. Chalong beach also hosted their New Year party with buffet of lunch and drinks to accompany.

Now the New year is over and we heading our lives in the year 2015, however the enjoyment and memorable time in Phuket has not yet ended.
