There are several among them AAA Tours whosaler and Economy tours both in Puerto Rico. Once in Brasil must visit Rio, Foz de Igauzu cities. Then move to Buenos Aires,Argentina spend 2 nights in Montevideo;Uruguay ( very Close)use the buquebus( ferry) in Buenos Aires move by land to Chiles thru the lakes to Chiles and them fly back from Santiago.Best airline to visit South America COPA AIRLINES.

Also Puerto Rico my home country is an excellent choice if planning a trip to the Caribbean in the future.I have most of Latin America cities only 2 are missing Venezuela and Bolivia.My e/m is [e-mail] if broader info or suggestions are needed

I think you might be a little rushed trying to see all three countries in 10-15 days.  I'd advise two visits.  I have a couple of suggestions:

 

A Buenos Aires to Rio overland trip

 

or

 

an Atacama to Paine trip
