Any hotel recommendations for a party of 3 adults Staying in London, U.K. from Aug. 27th to Sept. 10th. The budget is kind of limited but reasonable however. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

http://www.lastminute.com/ is also a good place to look, even if you're not quite doing this last minute, because the sorting options (price, distance, etc.) are useful and the price(s) is right.
